Terms and Conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure a booking. All payments must be made by cheque payable to Tina Crowther. The remaining balance is then due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
2. Bookings cancelled up to 6 months before the wedding date will incur no additional charges. Should a booking be cancelled within 6 months of the wedding date a charge of 50% of the remaining balance is due. If your wedding date is resold you will be refunded all monies paid minus the deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the wedding date the full remaining balance is payable.
3. Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, sickness or injury or other situation beyond the control of the photographer the liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid. TC Photography holds Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance. Contingency Plans are also in place. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any lack of coverage due to the bride, groom or other members of the wedding party not being on time, or by church, register office or licensed place of wedding placing restrictions regarding photography.
5. The photographer does not undertake to guarantee any specific photograph nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.
6. In the event of a manufacturer discontinuing your choice of album, album cover or page colour, every effort will be made to provide a similar alternative to the same value.
7. In the event of adverse weather i.e: rain, snow or any other weather disturbances, the photographer will make the necessary changes to the photographic session and will not be responsible for any disappointment caused by the weather.
8. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the officiating clergy/registrar that photography is required at the ceremony.
9. The client is responsible for all meal costs for weddings running into evening coverage and travel costs for weddings outside of Essex. This will be discussed at the time of booking.
10. All of the photographs produced by the Photographer throughout the event are protected by the British and International Copyright Laws and remain the intellectual property of the Photographer unless the payment for the services rendered was made in full by the Client prior to the production of the photographs, in which case the copyright ownership of the resulting images is automatically transferred to the Client.
11. The photographer reserves the right to use any photography for promotional and display purposes.
12. TC Photography will store your name and wedding details on a private internal database. Your details will not be passed on to other companies. Should you wish to have your details removed please advise in writing.
13. TC Photography may dispose of any original prints or proofs after five years at their discretion unless otherwise agreed.
14. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
